I usually have tea, or coke... tea in the mornings and coke at night. It gives me a "happy space" on my work-desk.. I don't mind working as long as my cup is full.

I usually drink chai in the morning and then try to stick to water or fizzy water for the rest of the day. But sometimes I give in to the craving for a Coke.

It used to be that I couldn't survive the afternoon without coke zero, but I've doubled up on the Starbucks in the morning and now I survive all day on perrier or something equivalent. con gas all the way.

I'm a Pepsi Max girl! I am trying to wean myself off it though as I know it is really bad for me. Otherwise I down a couple of large mugs of tea each day. I work in a really hot environment (my loft/attic office) so a cold drink is essential.

Water is a good "stimulant" for me. It provides a good medium for my body metabolism. I can hardly get too much of it!
